Central Park West Townhouse Renovation

We recently completed a gut renovation of this 8,800+ square foot home in collaboration with Tamara Eaton Design. This home was commissioned in 1888 and finished in 1890 by the renowned architectural firm of Lamb & Rich. We restored much of the original millwork detail as possible, while also bringing a fun, modern flare to it.
