We work alongside New York's leading real estate brokers to provide accurate renovation cost estimates for properties on the market — before you buy. Three tiers: Botox, Facelift, and Full Gut.

Tier 01
TRH Botox
A refresh — new paint, fixtures, flooring, and minor kitchen and bath updates. The apartment looks current without touching the bones. Typically 8–14 weeks.
Tier 02
TRH Facelift
A meaningful renovation — kitchen, baths, floors, and select millwork. Structural work limited. New look, proven systems. Typically 16–28 weeks.
Tier 03
TRH Full Gut
Every system replaced, every finish custom. Requires full DOB permitting and co-op or condo board approval. Typically 32–64 weeks depending on scope.
